Terms of Service

MileMint is a vehicle expense and mileage tracking app for self-employed and gig drivers. It helps you log fuel, maintenance, repairs, and trips; scan receipts on your device; and generate mileage and expense summaries suitable for personal tax preparation. MileMint is local-first: your records stay on your device unless you choose to export, share, or back them up to your own iCloud.

MileMint is not tax, legal, accounting, financial, or professional advice. Deduction totals and summary reports are tools to help you prepare to file taxes. Mileage deduction rules, business expense rules, reimbursement policies, and tax requirements can change and may depend on your situation. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for consulting a qualified professional before filing taxes or making important financial decisions.

You retain all rights to the data you enter into MileMint, including vehicles, expenses, receipts, trips, notes, and reports. These records remain local to your device unless you choose to export them, share them, or save an optional backup to your own iCloud Drive. You are responsible for reviewing your records before relying on them for taxes, reimbursement, accounting, or business decisions, and for keeping your device secure.

MileMint has no account and no sign-in. There is no MileMint server that stores your records, and we cannot access data on your device. Optional backups go to your own private iCloud Drive, which is governed by Apple's terms and controlled by you.

MileMint offers two auto-renewable subscription tiers, MileMint Pro — $7.99/month or $49.99/year — each with a free trial provided through Apple. The subscriptions are sold and processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and free-trial terms are shown before purchase and are also governed by Apple's terms.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID account settings, where auto-renewal can also be managed. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when a subscription purchase begins, as disclosed by Apple at purchase time. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies. We do not directly process payments and do not store your payment information. There are no web payments for MileMint digital access.

• Do not use MileMint for illegal activity or to store illegal content.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or disrupt the app.
• Do not upload, send, or submit malicious code or harmful content.
• Do not misrepresent MileMint records as reviewed or certified by us.

If you send a support request or feedback — ideas, bug reports, suggestions, screenshots, or logs — you give Dawked Up Productions LLC permission to use it to respond to you and improve MileMint, without owing compensation or any obligation to implement it.

MileMint relies on Apple services for the App Store purchase, optional iCloud Drive backup, and optional Apple geocoding (Address Lookup). The MileMint website is hosted by a third-party provider. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and MileMint is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

MileMint, the website, app design, software, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Dawked Up Productions LLC or its licensors. You may use MileMint only as allowed by these Terms and applicable app store rules.

MileMint is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that MileMint will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, compatible with every device, or suitable for your specific tax, accounting, reimbursement, or business needs. Use at your own risk, especially for tax-related records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dawked Up Productions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, missed deductions, tax outcomes, reimbursement disputes, or business losses arising from your use of MileMint. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using MileMint at any time by deleting it. We may update or discontinue features of the app, website, or support as the product evolves.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page or announced in the app where appropriate. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
